Destroid was founded in summer 2003. To the physical structure belong: Daniel Myer (vocals, production, programming), Rinaldo Ribi Bite (live-keyboard, sampling) and Sebastian Ullmann (production, live-keyboard, programming).

In fall 2003 the first album “Future Prophecies” was released and launched Destroid on a direct course into the top 10 of the DAC (german alternative charts). After the killer-debut “Future Prophecies” the guys around Daniel Myer (Covenant, Haujobb, Architect, HMB) released their second longplayer in October 2007. “Loudspeaker” premiered to a wide audience on a highly successful joint European tour with Painbastard and [:SITD:], followed by shows worldwide in the USA, Russia, Australia and others, including shows on various festivals.

In 2009 Destroid gave great atmospheric concerts at the Christmas Ball festivals. Right after that in February 2010 the EP „Silent World“ emerged. The album was internationally very successful and Destroid mastermind Daniel Myer was ready for his next strike. In autumn 2010 he accompanies Alan Wilder as „Architect“, on the US tour with Recoil. The former Depeche Mode band member was very impressed by the world of ideas of busy Daniel Myer and secured Daniel´s abilities as remixer for his new track „Want“.
